Letter of guarantee: how to fill it in

The letter of guarantee must be on the Ministry of Justice form. This tool only makes a preparation memo of what to copy into that form (not for submission).

This is not a government form. If the office has its own form, use that form. Get the form from HiKorea's forms section or the office. Check the guarantor's responsibilities and the guarantee period on the form and in the Immigration Control Act (Art. 90 etc.); the guarantor must read and sign it personally (needs checking).
